Why Choose a VIP Hajj Package?

The purpose of the VIP package is not luxury for its own sake. Hajj involves walking distances that can reach 15 to 20 kilometres on the most intense days, standing at Arafat for hours in May heat, and navigating millions of pilgrims at the Jamarat. Physical strain during Hajj is real, and for many pilgrims it becomes the main obstacle to focusing on worship.

A VIP Hajj package addresses that directly. When your hotel is 100 metres from the Haram rather than 3 kilometres, you have more energy for nawafil prayers. When your tent in Mina is air-conditioned and close to the Jamarat, the Hajj days are less exhausting. When your transport is private and reliable, you are not spending mental energy on logistics.

This is the reasoning behind every feature in the VIP package. Closer hotels, better tents, private coaches, full-board meals, and a dedicated guide are all in service of one goal: allowing you to perform the rituals of Hajj with complete focus and as little physical difficulty as possible.

Who the VIP Package is Designed for

Elderly pilgrims and those with health conditions who need to minimise walking and physical strain. First-time Hajj pilgrims who want maximum support. Families and couples performing Hajj together. Professionals who value their time and want a fully managed journey.

5-Star Hotels Used in VIP Hajj Packages

Hotel proximity to Masjid al-Haram is the single most important factor in a Hajj package after the rituals themselves. Every metre closer to the Haram means less walking and more time for worship. UmrahLovers’ VIP packages place pilgrims in verified 5-star properties within a short walk of the Haram in both cities.

VIP Hotels in Makkah

For VIP Standard, we use Al Shohada Hotel or a similar 5-star property within 100 to 200 metres of Masjid al-Haram. For VIP Premium and Ultra, Makkah Hotel and Towers and Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower are among the properties used, placing pilgrims within 0 to 100 metres of the Haram entrance. Swissotel Makkah is used for pilgrims who prefer the Abraj Al-Bait complex.

All Makkah VIP rooms are twin or double occupancy. Haram-view and Kaaba-view suite upgrades are available at additional cost for the VIP Ultra tier.

VIP Hotels in Madinah

In Madinah, VIP Standard pilgrims stay at Al Madinah Harmony Hotel or similar within 200 to 300 metres of Masjid an-Nabawi. VIP Premium uses Millennium Al Aqeeq or similar at 0 to 100 metres from the Nabawi entrance. For Ultra tier, Anantara Madinah and Oberoi Madinah are used, both located inside or immediately adjacent to the Markaziyah area.

VIP A-Tent in Mina — What It Means

During the Hajj days from 8 to 12 Dhul Hijjah, all pilgrims, regardless of package tier, stay in the tent city of Mina. The difference in a VIP package is the tent zone and category. UmrahLovers VIP pilgrims are allocated VIP A-Tents (also called Maktab-A tents) in Zone-1, the zone closest to the Jamarat stoning area.

VIP A-Tents are air-conditioned, with proper bedding, adequate space, clean sanitation facilities, and full-board meal service. The walk to the Jamarat from Zone-1 is significantly shorter than from outer zones. For elderly pilgrims and those with health conditions, this difference is meaningful.

A-Tent (Maktab-A) is the highest tent category in Mina. It features air conditioning, proper beds, clean bathrooms, and the closest possible location to the Jamarat. It is the same Hajj ritual, performed with less physical difficulty.

Is the VIP Hajj Package Right for You?

You are an elderly pilgrim or have a health condition

Reduced walking, an air-conditioned tent close to the Jamarat, a private coach for all transfers, and a dedicated guide who stays with you through every ritual, these are not luxuries for an older or less mobile pilgrim. They are practical necessities. The VIP package is specifically designed to make Hajj physically achievable for those who need extra support.

You are performing Hajj for the first time

First-time pilgrims in a VIP package have a dedicated Bengali-speaking guide with them at every stage, from putting on the Ihram at the Miqat to the Farewell Tawaf. Nothing is left uncertain. You will know what to do, when to do it, and how to do it correctly at every point of the journey.

You are traveling as a couple or with family

Twin and double rooms mean you do not share accommodation with strangers. Private transport means your family moves as a unit. The VIP package gives families the space and privacy to experience Hajj together as a shared act of worship rather than as separate passengers in a crowded bus.

You want to maximise your time at Masjid al-Haram

A 5-star hotel 100 metres from the Haram means you can walk to Fajr and walk back. There are no long journeys, no early bus departures to catch, and no energy spent on commuting. Your time and energy go entirely to worship.

This is likely your only Hajj

Most Muslims perform Hajj once. If this is your journey, consider what conditions will help you focus entirely on the spiritual dimension. The VIP package exists for that reason.

How to Book the VIP Hajj Package 2027

Step 1 — Pre-Registration (Open Now Until 26 September 2026)

The BDT 30,000 government pre-registration fee secures your serial number in the national Hajj allocation system. The earlier your serial number, the better your priority when final Hajj seats are confirmed. UmrahLovers handles the full pre-registration process on your behalf.

Step 2 — Select Your VIP Tier

Contact our team to discuss which VIP tier suits you. We will review your health requirements, hotel preferences, travel dates, and budget. We recommend the right tier honestly. If VIP Standard meets your needs, we will tell you. If your situation calls for a custom arrangement, we will quote accordingly.

Step 3 — Receive Written Package Confirmation

Before any payment beyond the pre-registration fee, we issue a written confirmation document showing: hotel name, hotel distance from Masjid al-Haram, Mina tent category, transport type, meal plan, total price, and all inclusions and exclusions. You review and confirm before proceeding.

Step 4 — Submit Documents

Required documents include: valid passport with at least 18 months remaining, NID copy, recent passport photos, medical fitness certificate, and meningitis vaccination certificate. Our team handles all visa documentation, Saudi e-Hajj system registration, and submission.

Step 5 — Attend Manasik Training and Depart

All VIP pilgrims attend a pre-departure Manasik session in Dhaka covering every Hajj ritual in order, the correct duas, health advice for May in Saudi Arabia, and crowd safety at the Jamarat. Our team is at the airport for departure and our Mecca office on Hujra Street is open throughout your stay in the Holy Land.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Frequently Asked Questions — VIP Hajj Package Bangladesh 2027

What is a VIP Hajj package from Bangladesh?

A VIP Hajj package from Bangladesh includes 5-star hotel accommodation within close walking distance of Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah, air-conditioned VIP A-Tent in Mina during the Hajj days, private coach transport throughout Saudi Arabia, full-board or half-board meals, and a dedicated personal Bengali-speaking Hajj guide. The VIP Standard package is priced at BDT 7,91,060 per person as confirmed by HAB on July 21, 2026.

How much does a VIP Hajj package cost from Bangladesh in 2027?

The VIP Standard Hajj package from Bangladesh for 2027 is BDT 7,91,060 per person, as confirmed by the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAB) on July 21, 2026. UmrahLovers also offers VIP Premium packages from approximately BDT 9,50,000 to BDT 11,00,000 and fully bespoke VIP Ultra arrangements using properties like Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower, Swissotel Makkah, Anantara Madinah, and Oberoi Madinah, priced on request.

What is a VIP A-Tent in Mina and why does it matter?

A VIP A-Tent (Maktab-A tent) is the highest tent category in the Mina tent city during the Hajj days. It is air-conditioned, with proper beds rather than floor mattresses, clean bathroom facilities, adequate personal space, and full-board premium meal service. Zone-1 A-Tents are located closest to the Jamarat, the stoning site, which significantly reduces walking distance on the most physically demanding days of Hajj. For elderly pilgrims and those with health conditions, this proximity is a practical necessity.

Which 5-star hotels does UmrahLovers use for VIP Hajj in Makkah?

For VIP Standard, UmrahLovers uses Al Shohada Hotel or similar 5-star properties within 100 to 200 metres of Masjid al-Haram. For VIP Premium and Ultra, properties include Makkah Hotel and Towers (0 to 100m), Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower, Swissotel Makkah, and Raffles Makkah Palace. In Madinah, Al Madinah Harmony, Millennium Al Aqeeq, Anantara Madinah, and Oberoi Madinah are used depending on the tier selected.

Is the VIP Hajj package worth the additional cost?

That depends entirely on the individual pilgrim’s needs. For a healthy, younger pilgrim who can walk distances comfortably and is experienced with travel in Saudi Arabia, the Economy or General package delivers a complete and valid Hajj. For an elderly pilgrim, someone with a health condition, a first-time Hajj pilgrim who wants maximum guidance, or a family performing Hajj together, the VIP package removes physical and logistical obstacles that would otherwise affect the quality of worship. The decision should be based on what allows you to focus best on your ibadah.

What is the difference between VIP Standard, VIP Premium, and VIP Ultra?

VIP Standard is the HAB-confirmed Special Package at BDT 7,91,060, with 5-star hotels within 500m of the Haram, VIP A-Tent, private coach, and half-board meals. VIP Premium places pilgrims in 5-star hotels within 200m of the Haram, uses Zone-1 A-Tents, and includes full-board meals, priced from approximately BDT 9,50,000. VIP Ultra uses landmark 5-star properties like Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower or Swissotel within 0 to 100m of the Haram, with a private dedicated guide, premium buffet meals, and customised Ziyarah. Custom pricing applies.

Does the VIP Hajj package include flights?

Yes. All UmrahLovers Hajj packages, including VIP, include return direct Saudia flights from Dhaka as a mandatory component. The government-reduced airfare for 2027 is BDT 1,30,000 per person. For VIP Premium and Ultra, Saudia premium economy or business class upgrade is available at additional cost. Business class upgrade cost depends on availability and is confirmed at the time of booking.

Can elderly pilgrims perform Hajj on the VIP package?

Yes, and the VIP package is particularly recommended for elderly pilgrims. The combination of a 5-star hotel close to Masjid al-Haram, an air-conditioned Zone-1 VIP A-Tent in Mina, private VIP coach transport, and a dedicated personal guide minimises the physical demands of Hajj. Wheelchair assistance can be arranged on request at no additional charge. Our team assesses each elderly pilgrim’s requirements individually during the booking process.

Does the VIP package include all three meals in Makkah and Madinah?

VIP Standard includes half-board (breakfast and dinner) at the hotel in Makkah and Madinah. Full-board (three meals daily, including lunch) is available in VIP Premium and Ultra tiers. During the Hajj days in Mina and Arafat, all VIP pilgrims receive full-board premium catering from the authorised Moallem service. Meal plans are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

How many people are in a VIP Hajj group with UmrahLovers?

UmrahLovers VIP Standard groups are a maximum of 20 pilgrims per dedicated guide. VIP Premium groups are a maximum of 12 pilgrims per guide. VIP Ultra can be arranged as a fully private group for families or small groups of 4 to 10 pilgrims with one dedicated guide and personal assistant. Smaller groups mean more individual attention during the Hajj rituals.

Can I upgrade from the VIP Standard to VIP Premium after registering?

Yes. You can upgrade your tier before final Hajj registration is confirmed. The price difference between tiers will apply. Contact our team as early as possible to upgrade, as availability in premium hotels and A-Tent sections is limited and fills before the standard allocations.
