Md. Nasir Uddin Rejon started his career in travel and tourism over 16 years ago. He witnessed firsthand how Bangladeshi pilgrims struggled to find reliable, honest Umrah agencies. Hidden fees, poor hotel placements, and a lack of on-ground support were common complaints.
