UmrahLovers makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all information published on umrahlovers.com, including package prices, hotel names and distances, visa requirements, travel dates, and practical guidance, is accurate and up to date at the time of publication.
However, Umrah and Hajj travel involves information that changes regularly. Saudi Arabian government regulations, visa rules, hotel availability, and airline schedules are subject to change without notice and are outside UmrahLovers’ control. Information on this website may not reflect the most current position at the time you read it.
All package prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices. Your confirmed price is provided in a written quote from UmrahLovers before any payment is made. Never make a booking or payment based solely on website prices without receiving a written confirmation.

2. Visa Approvals and Travel Decisions
UmrahLovers processes Saudi Umrah visa applications on behalf of Bangladeshi pilgrims through our licensed operator channel as a registered HAAB member. We submit applications accurately based on the documents you provide and follow current Saudi Embassy requirements.
The decision to approve or reject a visa application rests entirely with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Saudi Embassy in Dhaka. UmrahLovers has no influence over visa approval decisions and cannot guarantee that any visa application will be approved.
UmrahLovers also cannot guarantee entry into Saudi Arabia, access to Masjid al-Haram, or completion of Umrah rituals. Saudi authorities may restrict access to the Haram or specific areas within it at any time. These decisions are made by the Saudi government and are outside our control.
Visa season suspension
Saudi Arabia suspends Umrah visa issuance each year during the Hajj season. This is an annual government decision. UmrahLovers will always advise you of current visa availability before accepting a booking, but cannot be held responsible for changes to the visa suspension window announced after your booking is confirmed.
3. Hotels, Distances, and Flights
3.1 Hotel names and distances
Hotel names listed on this website, for example Emaar Al Andalus, Emaar Al Sultan, Al Shohada Hotel, or Makkah Hotel, reflect properties used by UmrahLovers at the time of publication. Hotel availability, management, and ownership in Makkah and Madinah can change. Where UmrahLovers lists a hotel as ‘or similar,’ we will confirm the exact hotel in your written booking.
Distances from Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and from Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah are approximate measurements based on walking routes from the hotel to the nearest Haram entrance. They are provided to help pilgrims make informed decisions about hotel tier and are not exact guaranteed distances. Actual walking distances may vary slightly depending on which entrance you use and construction changes in the Haram precincts.
3.2 Flights
Flight information including airline names, departure times, and routing reflects arrangements available at the time of booking. Airlines may change schedules, routes, or aircraft at their discretion. UmrahLovers is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines after your ticket has been issued.
4. Islamic and Religious Content
UmrahLovers publishes Islamic guidance on this website to help Bangladeshi pilgrims understand and prepare for the spiritual journey of Umrah and Hajj. This includes information about Umrah rituals, duas, the significance of sacred sites, and practical guidance related to Islamic practice during pilgrimage.

All prices shown on umrahlovers.com are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are per person based on quad sharing unless otherwise stated. Prices are starting prices valid at the time of publication and are subject to change based on:

- Airline fare changes and fuel surcharge adjustments

- Exchange rate fluctuations where USD-denominated hotel or airline costs are involved
