Important note on hotel distance
At the Standard tier, your hotel in Makkah is 350 to 500 metres from Masjid al-Haram. This is a 5 to 7 minute walk. For most healthy pilgrims this is fine for all five daily prayers. For elderly pilgrims or those with mobility difficulties, we recommend the Deluxe tier at 200 to 250 metres, or the Superior tier at 100 to 150 metres. Send us a clear scan of your valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining beyond your return date) and a recent passport-size photograph on a plain white background. If you are a female pilgrim under 45, you will also need to provide mahram documentation or proof of your organised group booking.
