1. Services Provided

UmrahLovers provides Umrah packages from Bangladesh, including visa processing, flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, depending on the package selected.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings require a minimum deposit as stated during the booking process.

• Full payment must be made before visa processing or flight confirmation.

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, or other methods mentioned on our website.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official WhatsApp number.

• Refunds are subject to airline, hotel, and visa policy deductions plus an administration fee.

• Once visa processing has begun, the visa fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Refunds may take up to 21 working days to process.

4. Changes to Booking

• Any changes requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability and additional charges.

• Changes to travel dates, hotels, or airlines may incur extra fees based on supplier policies.

5. Passport and Visa Requirements

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.

• All visa approvals are subject to Saudi Government rules and are not controlled by Umrah Lovers.

• In case of visa rejection, only refundable portions of the package will be returned after deductions.

6. Responsibilities of Travelers

Travelers are responsible for:

• Ensuring all personal and travel documents are valid and correct

• Complying with Saudi laws, religious guidelines, and package instructions

• Attending group briefings and following group leaders or guides during the journey

7. Limitation of Liability

Umrah Lovers acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport providers. We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines or third-party services

• Personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses due to natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances

8. Health and Safety

All travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel for Umrah. Vaccinations required by Saudi authorities must be completed before departure.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and branding are owned by Umrah Lovers. Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Umrah Lovers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
