1. Booking Cancellations

If you need to cancel your Umrah booking, please notify us as soon as possible in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation requests will only be accepted when made through official communication channels.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, and visa authorities. The following general rules apply:

Before Visa Processing: If you cancel before visa processing begins, you will receive a refund after deducting administrative charges and any non-refundable airline or hotel fees.
After Visa Processing Starts: Visa fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced, even if the visa is rejected.
After Flight or Hotel Confirmation: Any confirmed flight or hotel booking may have partial or no refund, depending on the supplier’s cancellation policies.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14-21 working days after receiving your cancellation request and completion of required procedures.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bank transfer, bKash, or Nagad).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Visa fees after processing has started
Administration or service charges incurred for processing your booking
No-shows or missed departures due to personal delays
Any package components marked as non-refundable during booking

5. Changes Instead of Cancellation

If you wish to change your travel dates or package instead of cancelling, please contact us. Changes are subject to availability and any price difference or change fees applicable by airlines and hotels.
